After processing is complete, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on your destination country. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off is 10:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will start processing on the next business day.
Order Handling (1–3 Business Days): Once we receive your order, we will assemble and quality-check your keyboard within 1–3 business days. During this period, our team ensures the keyboard is fully tested and free of noise before shipment.

“Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom & Handcrafted Products

Each keyboard is handcrafted and custom-assembled. Because of this personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for reasons of preference or change of mind once the order has been shipped.

Quality Guarantee

If your keyboard arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Reporting Issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Warranty

All keyboards include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by the customer.
